MiniDis acquires mini-PC activities Tiny Green PC / AndersDX (UK). Cooperation with Tiny Green PC forms largest mini-PC distributor in Europe

Sassenheim, April, 2020: MiniDis announced that it will acquire the full mini-PC business of Tiny Green PC / Anders DX based in London (UK). Tiny Green PC / Anders DX has decided to focus on their integrated display solutions and to discontinue the delivery and support of mini PCs.

Because miniDis and Tiny Green PC have been working together internationally for a long time, they have agreed that from now on miniDis will take care of the B2B delivery and support of the CompuLab PCs produced in Israel. In addition, as of March 1, 2020, the support and settlement of CompuLab warranty has been taken over for purchased products that are still within the warranty period.
