Featured article Vectioneer

Vectioneer is a Dutch engineering company focused on motion control and robotics. It develops the Motorcortex automation software platform.

Since 2010, the company has built control systems for robots, machines and industrial projects around the world. This use case shows how Vectioneer creates clear and flexible control solutions for different types of machines.

In this setup, Vectioneer uses the Fitlet as the main control hardware. These PCs run the Motorcortex software, control multi-axis motion and connect to EtherCAT drives and I/O modules.

The system also provides web-based tools for configuration, monitoring and HMI for operators and engineers. This makes it easier to control and monitor machines from one place.

The solution provides one clear platform for real-time control across different systems. It reduces hardware by combining control, tools and interface on one PC, while also supporting remote access and diagnostics to help reduce downtime.
