Frank is a versatile IT professional supporting key technical functions across the company. Managing backup and tape operations, providing IT support for TotalDesk users, and troubleshooting and configuring systems are all part of his role. He also designs 3D models for printing and maintains IT infrastructure, keeping servers, networks, and systems running smoothly. His work ensures reliable operations and strong support across departments.

Mika supports customers and colleagues with product and software questions, helps the sales team with product details and quotes, and pitches in with assembly, quality control, and logistics. He also manages shipping across Europe and helps keep IT systems running smoothly, making sure everything in the company works efficiently and on time.

Alex translates complex client requirements into practical technical designs and acts as the link between stakeholders and implementation teams. He designs and optimizes large-scale Wi-Fi networks using measurements and virtual surveys. In addition, Alex leads RFI/RFP processes, coordinates internal teams and external vendors, and ensures reliable delivery within time and budget.

Julian is a full stack developer with expertise in .NET, Blazor, MAUI, SQL, and WordPress, specializing in web, mobile, and app development.

Marcin oversees the assembly of devices on the production line, conducts functional testing of components and finished units, while installing and configuring software to meet customer specifications. He also coordinates the team’s workflow, ensuring all components are available for upcoming orders.

An assembly engineer with a hands-on approach, Wes specializes in custom device assembly and draws inspiration from his hobby in mini race cars.
